Founded in 2017 out of research at Oxford University and Imperial College London, Berlin-based Xayn is a veteran in developing efficient and secure AI, having gained extensive experience in the field even before AI became mainstream. As Germany's largest commercial law firm, CMS is specialized in IT and AI law.
Xayn developed Noxtua as Europe’s first sovereign Legal AI with its own Legal Large Language Model and Legal Copilot.
Tailored to the needs of law professionals
Chat with Noxtua to ask questions about legal documents, analyze them, check them for compliance with company guidelines, (re)formulate text, or write summaries. You can use the Legal Copilot in different languages with a current focus on German and English. Other languages are already being tested with various large companies in Germany, Japan, the United Arab Emirates, and other countries.
To further optimize Noxtua, additional languages and functions will be added – e.g. standardized workflows that structure and simplify repetitive work processes such as an automated contract review.
